Grow Massachusetts. Citizens only. No Apologies

1. Housing

3. Energy & Grid

2. Families

Own your home, not your landlord's mortgage.

  • Zero percent loans for American families. 0% deferred starter-home loans up to 20% of price (max $150k) from a $500M Citizen Homeownership Fund. ~6,250 families in round one.
  • Thousands of units sit empty. (258,000 vacant on any given day; only ~47,800 for sale or rent). Statewide vacancy registry, a 1-3% local-option fee on units empty 12+ months, and a 90-day permit shot clock for starter homes.

Cash for every child born in Massachusetts.

  • $3,000 Baby Bonus: $1,500 at birth, $1,500 at first birthday.
  • Bigger child tax credit: $440 now, raised to $750 per child under 13 and $1,000 under 6. We lost 33,340 residents to other states last year. Kids born here should grow up here.
  • Public Assitance Restrictions "Gone, Baby Gone"

3. Energy & Grid

3. Energy & Grid

3. Energy & Grid

Massachusetts power for Massachusetts homes, not server farms.

  • We pay 30.49¢/kWh, two-thirds above the 18.31¢ national average. Don't let them sell our grid to data centers.
  • Data centers pay their own way: 100% of their grid upgrades, the 2024 20-year data center tax break repealed for good, zero ratepayer subsidies, every utility special deal published.

4. The Audit

6. How We Pay For It

Open the books on Beacon Hill

  • 71.6% of us voted for the audit. Beacon Hill said no. We write it into law: records due in 30 days, no taxpayer-funded NDAs.
  • Open records: a public roll call on every committee vote. My own office budget, staff pay and stipends published on day one.

5. Cost of Living

6. How We Pay For It

6. How We Pay For It

It's your paycheck. Keep it.

  • Cut the surcharges on your bills: pass both the House's ~$1B and the Senate's ~$1.46B surcharge cuts, and cap the rest at 2025 levels.
  • Permanent, doubled sales tax holiday: (two weekends) Renter's deduction raised from $4,000 to $6,000.

Every dollar on the table.

  • ~$425-500M a year, under 1% of a $63.42B budget. The $500M loan fund comes from existing housing bonds, and it revolves.
  • Repeal the film tax credit (~$80M/yr). Line-by-line budget audit for the rest (~$345-420M). No raid on the $8B rainy day fund.

FIRST 100 DAYS IN THE SENATE

13 bills filed week one. Hearings and recorded votes within 100 days.

1. Voter's Audit Enforcement Act: the 2024 audit, in law

2. Open Legislature Act: recorded votes, real deadlines

3. Ratepayers First Act: data centers pay 100% of upgrades

4. No Server Farm Subsidies Act: repeal data center tax break

5. Utility Deal Sunlight Act: publish every special deal

6. Bill Relief Now Act: both surcharge cuts, now

7. Zero Percent Starter Home Act: $500M citizen home fund

8. Empty Homes Accountability Act: vacancy registry + fee

9. Starter Home Shot Clock Act: by right, 90-day approval

10. Massachusetts Baby Bonus Act: $3,000 per child

11. Child Tax Credit Expansion Act: $750; $1,000 under 6

12. Working Families Relief Act: tax holiday + renter's relief

13. Film Tax Credit Repeal: the first offset

14. Constitutional Sherrifs & Citizens Reserve Act: Expand elected sherriffs authority to investigate civil rights crimes, make lawful arrests, deputize qualified citizens and supervised civilian reserve corps, to defend constitutional rights and preserve the peace.

Your State. Your Money. Your Children. Your Future

Built by citizens. For citizens. Period.
